Everything about this stay was PERFECT!! Staff was amazing, our room was excellent, and the property was stunning!!!

The rooms are quiet. So are the grounds at night. We are a great place to recharge!

Outstanding renovation. Our room was extremely clean and well appointed. The ice machine is located in the lobby, so be sure to grab some before heading to your room. We were very happy with the dining room. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

In our restaurants we wanted to make sure we did not "hotel price" our food and beverage. Instead, we are a great value.

The property was under construction and the staff and software were not good. The check in and out was very slow and the staff were making so many excuses instead of working to get people checked in as soon as possible

I would give 10 stars if I could
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis place was so wonderful, better than I could have imagined. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The setting was incredible. ALL of the staff were the peak of professional. I witnessed another guest complain about other staff and berate staff at the front desk. They never faltered, maintained professionalism and composure. They shouldn't have had to deal with that, but they did their job and I want to give them specifically 5 stars. Will definitely be back.

Anniversary trip.
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWonderful accommodations. Candace was wonderful and very helpful. The property has been updated and is beautiful. We hate to tell anyone about it cause we don’t want to have it become overcrowded. But it truly is so amazing and beautiful.
