l'hotel est tres bien desservi et tres bien placés , les chambres sont spacieuses les voisins ont fait la fete pour 2 nuits de suite jusqu'a 6h du matin donc impossible de dormir avec la musique a fond

The description of the property is misleading. It claims to offer breakfast but it does not, offering only kitchen facilities to make breakfast Apparently many visitors have been misled in this way. And we all have paid for a service we did not receive. Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite

We have traveled a great deal. This property represented a new adventure.  It is a great location with a metro station across the street and tram station a few meters further in one direction and a fairly easy connection from the Linate airport.   We were baffled by the on-site access process. The person answering the telephone number given for contact only spoke Italian, saying something about WhatsApp, so not much help for international guests. The concierge was very helpful. I cannot find anything in my Hotels.com communications informing me that the property would contact me via WhatsApp with final instructions (as I was later informed by a gentleman living in the next apartment who introduced himself as the "manager".)  A problem for anyone who does not use WhatsApp (I do, but with a different phone number). We had reserved a listing that specified "free breakfast" and "private bathroom". Our room was a nice, large bedroom with a comfortable bed. The "private" bathroom was across the hall with an unmarked key left on the table in our bedroom leading to some confusion.  In the architecturally cool "reception"/?former sitting room there were some limited breakfast supplies (informed by the manager that it is a "breakfast corner" meant for business travelers). There was a nice, well appointed kitchen. Summary: description lacks a bit of precision. ?? 3 stars???

Fatima, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima è super disponibile. La struttura ha una posizione centralissima e strategica. La fermata della metro sta esattamente di fianco all’hotel. Consigliatisiamo!
