Bien placé si on est à pied.

Le seul bémol est que la fenêtre donne sur une cour intérieure fermée qui ne voit pas le jour. la vue donne sur l'ascenseur et l'escalier. Les voilages sont si fins que les visiteur peuvent vous voir. La seule solution est le fermer les rideaux occultant. Pas terrible. Parking impossible aux alentours excepté un payant, au prix parisien.

Modern and Comfortable
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe apartment was very modern and comfortable: perfect air conditioning, induction stovetop, nice little refrigerator, microwave, pots/pans/plates/utensils. A comfortable bed and bedroom, and a separate living room/dinning room area (each with a flat-screen TV). We requested a quiet Aparthotel and got a lovely space with our windows facing a very quiet internal courtyard, as well as French doors to a pleasant little patio. The staff were very attentive, available during the day in the office downstairs and at other times by What's App. A special shout-out to Happy, one of the reception staff who definitely lived up to her name -- she could be called Happy and Helpful, she definitely was!

numerosi problemi al momento della prenotazione mal risolti ( soltanto pagando 60€ in piú è stato risolto il problema della pernottazione mancante; la struttura continuava a ripetere di contattare expedia e expedia di contattare la struttura in un continuo ping pong di responsabilità). Appartamento descritto come 10 ma complessivamente da 7 con non pochi difetti:
- in primis è decisamente rumoroso: non solo le finestre non isolano ma anche i vicini è come se fossero direttamente in casa con noi!
Le foto mostrano un bello spazio di design ma nei dettagli non è molto curato ma piuttosto trascurato:
- tappeto in salotto sporco e rovinato;
- il top della cucina ha dei fori non riparati;
- divano letto rumoroso: è davvero difficile dormire sul divano letto senza svegliarsi; al minimo movimento scricchiolano le molle da un lato;
- nel bagno le piastrelle della doccia hanno i profili rovinati e scuritisi dal tempo;
- la macchina del caffe è guasta
Se dovessi dare un voto al rapporto qualità-prezzo sicuramente non 10, piuttosto 7.
il servizio ricevuto è piuttosto scarso, cosí come l’appartamento in se non è da 10.
Nel complesso carino ma non eccezionale.

Abbiamo comunque fatto del nostro meglio per risolvere la situazione il prima possibile. Inoltre, poiché la prenotazione è stata effettuata tramite un'agenzia online di prenotazioni esterna, ogni modifica, come da procedura dell'agenzia, deve essere apportata direttamente tramite il sito competente. Ci dispiace se la nostra attenzione e impegno nel seguire le procedure e rispettare le regole siano stati percepiti come una mancanza di responsabilità da parte nostra.Dopo il check-in, le abbiamo chiesto se tutto fosse di suo gradimento e la sua risposta è stata positiva. Se ci avesse fatto presente i problemi in quel momento, saremmo stati lieti di offrirle un altro appartamento che rispecchiasse maggiormente le sue esigenze. Inoltre, anche dopo il check-out, le abbiamo richiesto un feedback e ci ha confermato che andava tutto bene, senza menzionare nessuno dei problemi ora segnalati.Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, ci dispiace sapere che non ha trovato la struttura all'altezza degli standard promessi. I dettagli che ha menzionato, come il rumore, la pulizia del tappeto, il divano letto e le condizioni della cucina e del bagno, sono stati presi molto seriamente. Abbiamo già avviato un controllo accurato e provvederemo a effettuare tutte le migliorie necessarie.Siamo dispiaciuti se la sua esperienza con noi è stata percepita come una mancanza di attenzione.
