Nice place, huge room with 3 beds, probably 2x bigger than my student flat... Nice and warm welcome, good comfort and really quiet

Property did not match up to the glorious looking pictures on the booking site. Photoshopped?? Door was unlockable and hair dryer did not work. Very, very, very basic. Would not return

If you like overpriced, basic accomodation, NOT close to the main city centre, where ants decide to invade within 12 hours of you checking in, this is the place for you. Where they list photos of a water rich canal adjacent to the properly, and it has no water just mosquitoes. Where they’ve misspelt hotel, it should be spelt hostel. Must have got lost in translation. I checked out early due to the poor conditions, accepting they would probably not refund my money. I was right, there was no remorse. How they achieved the rating they did is beyond me. Buyer beware.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your overnight stay at our facility. A room change was the best thing but unfortunately he didn't think it was a good solution. I'm sorry but the reservation was non-refundable and we are in the period of the furniture fair, the most important period of the year for the hotel sector and in this period they are only non-refundable.In any case, when you booked at our property, you selected the location and saw the price and all the rooms are described very clearly in the photo gallery. Unfortunately, the price during the furniture fair period is high, as in the whole province of Milan and we have a price in line, or rather I would say actually lower on average, in Milan and beyond, they are at least 4 times our price.You said that your son fell out of bed, I'm sorry, but our beds are normal beds, like in all hotels and it's not up to us if he unfortunately fell in his sleep.For ants, for some reason it can happen, a child's snack wrapper could be enough, we are in the countryside and it could have happened that someone could have entered, even if we do everything possible in terms of cleaning and prevention to prevent this doesn't happen.
