Dear Nicole,we remember very well about you.You showed up in our Hotel and immediately started to behave poorly and aggressive but despite this our staff were friendly and professional.As clearly visible on any other review, our staff is often quoted for the willingness and the professionality.The quality of our hospitality is very high as visible from all our reviews.Your reservation has been made with Expedia, when you book with Expedia you can see clearly the distance from the city center, so we don't understand why you complain with us about something that you did.Furthermore our facility is well connected to the city center with buses and trams and in just 20 min by bus, you can reach the M2 Tube, that allows you to move quickly around the city so the 2 hours that you mentioned are not backed by facts.You made a reservation for a bed in a female dormitory, the dormitory is composed of 3 bunk beds per room, in your case, since you did not tell us before the check in that you preferred a lower bed and since you were the last guest to do the check in and all the other beds were hold, we could not move your reservation in a lower bed.Despite this, a girl that was already in the dormitory, kindly swapped the bed with you, so you were not forced to sleep in the upper bed as you are saying.We are located in a multifunctional urban development area the south area of Milan next one of the main hospital of the city and surrounded by parks and green areas typical from the south agricultural park of Milan, as anyone can see on any map app, furthermore our brand new facility is often quoted as quiet and comfortable.Our staff, as well as being often quoted for willingness and helpfulness, speaks English and Italian obviously, as you can see even on our Expedia profile before make a reservation.We offer different breakfasts menu to suite various types of request and we offer even a gluten free breakfast depending on the choice, alternatively is possible to choose a breakfast "à la carte" instead to chose the menu.
