Shocking stay

Had to walk to the hotel, 45 minutes along a dangerous road with no pavement. The shuttle bus never turned up and I contacted the hotel to find out where it was, but no response. Had to walk back again. The room had a light that would not turn off unless the key was removed. The heating was on all the time at a hot level and could not be adjusted unless the key was removed and in darkness (no TV)

Best option for Malpensa Airport

Great hotel with great front desk assistance. The best thing about it is that it has a 24/7 free shuttle service! And that on its own is enough to choose it.

Struttura vicinissima all’aeroporto di Milano Malpensa, molto comodo il servizio navetta gratuito dal terminal all’hotel A/R. L’hotel è ben curato, di recente costruzione. Camera spaziosa, letto confortevole, arredata con gusto, bollitore elettrico per caffè/te, bagno con prodotti di cortesia di buona qualità. Pulizia impeccabile. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, menzione speciale per Kevin che ci ha accolti con cortesia e professionalità. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di mangiare piatti caldi anche a mezzanotte (dal momento che siamo arrivati tardi), la pizza era molto buona. Ottima la colazione, buffet vario con tante opzioni dal dolce al salato. Consigliatissimo!!! Ci torneremo senz’altro!

Good option for staying near to the airport. The hotel room is in good condition, with free transportation from airport to hotel and return to the airport. Excellent breakfast. The helpdesk very friendly and providing excellent services.

Milan airport stay

The hotel has some of the worst beds I have ever experienced, felt like a pull-out couch with metal bars. Every time I turned it made loud noise. The bath tub is also quite weird and not very comfortable to sit or shower in. Otherwise the room was adequate
