I LOVED my stay here. The unit was super clean, I had a small kitchen with anything that I could possibly need, AC/heating, a big window/balcony, a comfortable and clean bed, and a TV with access to Netflix! The check-in process was online and very easy, the staff were quick to respond to my emails, and I found that when I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and kind.
I felt super safe and comfortable throughout my stay here, and I think it's the perfect place for solo travellers! :)

Great apartment in a very handy location

Helpful front desk, clean property, good location. Being close to downtown also means noisy 24/7.

Good for a few days - great location
Posted Sep. 11, 2023 on HotelsThe property has a lot of positive points. It is in a great location and next to the station. Alessandro was amazing with communication before arrival and during, as were the rest of the reception staff. Very clean and kitchenette had everything in it.
Negative points: Lift was out of order for 1.5 days of our 2 day stay. We had to walk up and down 5 floors. We had a studio but the bed was the most uncomfortable ever. It should not be given anyone to sleep on. There is no support, it is small, lumpy and gave us back pain. The terrace we had was lovely but there was some sort of a wasp's nest which meant we could not use it or open the doors. Lots of mosquitos in the apartment too and we were covered in bites from head to toe. It is good for a few days but we would not stay again due to the bed mainly. Codes are also not released until 3pm which can be stressful as if you arrive 10 minutes earlier, they make you wait! Not made clear from communications that code will only be released at 3pm.
