The staff were friendly and helpful with my questions about parking in zone c. The property is clean. The room was silent. And breakfast was excellent with so many delicious, freshly prepared options. We are so glad we stayed there!

Breakfast was excellent rooms was very clean.clean white bedding and towels we had to move rooms due to the noise of works being done but that was easy after I spoke to the manager as the general staff wasn't so helpful with that situation. Staff were lovely in general would definitely stay here again.

The staff was superb! They made sure our needs were taking care of. Any info we asked they always answered our questions. Breakfast was great! Just abit outta the way but the transport was easy. Most definitely will stay again.

We stayed as a family of 5 for 1 night. I booked this hotel as it has a 24hr reception and our flight arrived at night. The hotel looked smart and the staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient. The room was nice and clean and I found the beds comfortable. It was also lovely and quiet. There is a kettle in the family room but you are told to use bottled water in it- why I'm not sure. The tea/coffee cups provided with the kettle weren't completely clean. I also thought that the room for a family of 5 was cramped. I was glad that we were only staying 1 night. Breakfast was nice and was included in our stay. As other reviews will have said, the hotel is a bit further out of Milan city center. I did ask about the shuttle service via email before our stay but was told that we could book a taxi (around 15 euros) to Bignami metro station. This wasn't a problem for our short stay but something to consider for a longer stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Neo but if we were to return to Milan I would find something more suitable for the 5 of us.

Excellent service and clean, modern rooms, for an affordable price - however, the location is not ideal for heading into central Milan as a tourist, with no metro links nearby. Other than the location, I cannot fault the hotel itself.
