Hello, Unfortunately an incident prevented us from moving from Canada to Milan Italy for a 4 night stay. We notified the hotel 3 days after the date of cancellation without charge but 1 week before the date of the stay. No openness to penalty or discount on term stays. I am disappointed with the lack of openness of the management! Harold B. Quebec, Canada

Dear Harol, We feel bad that you cannot enjoy our services in Rho FieraMilano. As you correctly describe, the discount rate that you chose have a cancellation policy till 14 days before arrival, and the motive of your cancellation wasn't part of the special cancellation reasons for which we cancell without penality also if conditions request it. For your next trip we suggest you to book a rate with the possibility of cancellation till the day of arrival: is a little more expensise, but give you the maximum of flexibility. We hope to see you for your next trip

Endroit très propre, très proche de la foire de Milan pas besoin de transport pour s'y rendre

Hôtel proche de la Fiera de Milan, à 15 minutes à pieds de la station de métro et train Rho Fiera, architecture originale, pas de restaurants ou activités aux alentours, petit déjeuner proposant un large choix. Chambre très confortable.

Rien à redire. Petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. Personnel très sympathique, hôtel à côté du parc expo. On y retournera avec grand plaisir.
