Very inconvenient to gain access to the property. It took us a long time to get in and we was on a time limit eventually when we got to speak to somebody it was a robot and took us awhile to get through to a human to resolve our problem, but then we were stuck in the middle of the street outside the door taking photos of of our identification for each of the guests. This caused a lot of stress.

Nice apartment near Milan Central Station, spacious and well decorated, there is no check in counter, all is done via chat and email, they offer another location to leave luggage. Apartment is good, no breakfast included but lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, also supermarket for your own groceries and meals. Comfortable bed, washing machine and all appliances available. It was a pleasant stay.

They accommodated to our early check-in request. Loved how close it was to everything - train station, food, shopping and plenty of parking. 10 out of 10.
