Tres mauvais accueil à l’arrivée par un réceptionniste, hôtel parfaitement placé, très bon petit déjeuner avec un très bon service mais la salle où il est servi n’est pas du tout accueillante

Excellent rapport qualité prix à cet endroit

Difficile d'être plus près du Dôme. A peu près 20 mètres de la place à l'hôtel. Très bon accueil, grandes chambres, peignoirs de bain, chaussons,etc... à un prix raisonnable pour cet emplacement exceptionnel. Nous y retournerons.

Tres bonne expérience !

L hôtel est super bien situer , en plein centre entre duomo et galeria . La chambre est confortable et spacieuse , tous est dans le details , les bouteilles d eau , la machine a cafe , les accessoire dans la salle de bain brosse à dents , peigne … tout dans le details .tres grand lit hyper confortable . Par contre le petit déjeuner nous n avons pas du tous aimer , en famille bien entendu c est plus facile mais en couple je vous conseille ailleurs . Il y avais pendants 2 jours tôt le matin le camion poubelles beaucoup de bruit . Mais les autres jours pas de camion poubelles Mais franchement j’y retournerai tres bonne expérience .

Emplacement idéal pour profiter pleinement de Milan. L'hôtel est très propre, le service est excellent, et les chambres très bien équipées et agréables. Mention pour la literie et les petites attentions (chocolats bouteille de Prosecco) !

In general is fine, but too many confusions. 1. On "Hotels.com" description is written: "Parking available". In fact the hotel does not have a parking and they suggested us to use a public parking which is about 5 min walk from the hotel. 2. At the arrival we found on the room table 2 bottles of water and small bottle of Chianti with gentle welcome message attached to it. We decided that the Chianti is a welcome present and opened it. Later we learned on the reception is that only water was free of change and we have to pay 20 euro for the wine. 3. Bathrobes were absent and a visit to the reception deck was needed to have them Yes. All this are small details. But if you want to be "exceptional", you have to be perfect.

I have personally reviewed your bill and the only charge done refers to the city tax which is €5,00 per person per date, which is for a total of €20,00 calculating double occupancy for a 2 night stay. There is no charge for a bottle of Chianti which I understand our Team has graciously extended complimentary to you.
