L hôtel est bien situé, belles chambres, l accueil est impersonnel, lent, pas efficace ! J ai quitté l hôtel pr 3 nuits et j ai demandé la faveur que ma chambre soit prête a 1 h par ecrit et sur l ordinateur de l agent d accueil et au retour j ai à nouveau dû attendre 2h….

Très bon séjour. Petit déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Localisation idéale juste à côté de la cathédrale. Proximité du métro Duomo.

The only letdown was the slow check-in.

Terrible hotel for the money they charge. The staff is completely overwhelmed and did a lot of mistakes and error although they try. I would not recommend to stay here because of this. It’s a pity since location and installations wise is good.

Excellent emplacement pour une découverte de Milan.
Chambre spacieuse et très agréable
Personnel aux petits soins.
- Pas d'accessoires dans la sdb sauf si on les demande
- Pas de bouteille d'eau
