Bien mais évitez le petit dej trop cher
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHôtel bien situé et chambre et salle de bain confortables. Personnel accueillant, aux petits soins et chaleureux. Propreté impeccable, choix possible entre douche et baignoire. Literie agreable.
Neanmoins, pour un hotel de ce standing le petit dejeuner à 15€ se doit d'être mieux. Aucun produit frais, que du surgelé, même les oeufs brouillés sont clairemenr faits à base de poudre. Les boissons sont à peine chaudes. A ce prix la c'est presque du vol.
De plus, quand vous annoncez dans les chambres que pour des questions ecologiques on peut garder les serviettes plusieurs jours, que nous laissions donc les serviettes sur le porte serviette et qu'elles étaient changées quand meme, cela s'appelle du Greenwashing. Gros point negatif.
Insonorisation des chambres a revoir à associer avec une plus grande discretion du personnel de menage le matin, plutot bruyant.

We are pleased to learn that our well-located hotel, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and welcoming, attentive staff had a positive impact on your stay. Our housekeeping team works diligently every day to maintain impeccable cleanliness and provide the best service possible, taking into consideration our green policy. While we strive to follow eco-friendly practices, we do change the linen when stained as part of our service commitment.Regarding the breakfast buffet, we offer over 170 items, including a variety of fresh products such as green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, and steamed vegetables. We also use pasteurized liquid whole eggs from 100% Italian Class A barn eggs for our scrambled eggs. Additionally, we suggest trying our omelet extra offers for a different egg option.We are disappointed to hear that your experience with the breakfast did not meet your expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will review our offerings to ensure even better service in the future. Publié le 7 déc. 2023 sur HotelsHôtel confortable et bien situé ( proche restaurants, métro, commerces) mais quelques points négatifs : parking à 30€ ! femmes de menage très bruyantes, s'interpellent dans les couloirs, impossible de faire une grasse matinée, des travaux pendant 2 jours ( perceuse, marteau) et aucun geste commercial, ni excuse
