I made a reservation the day before as my sister and I were traveling with her dog for a special roadtrip. I searched Expedia for pet friendly hotels and mikes city hotel and suites came up. I read the reviews and it looked great! Cookies in the lobby?!! Yes! When I arrived there was a miles city hotel and suites on one side of the street and a miles city hotel on the other side of the street. I went into the first one (with the cookies) and they said that the “pet friendly” place was across the street. Not as nice, no cookies, etc.. The staff was very nice but I think it should have been made clearer in the description of the properties.

Thank you for your feed back Maureen. Yes, the Miles City Hotel & Suites is our sister hotel under the same owner. They are fancier with more extras, but we both do the soup around 5pm and have great breakfasts. Over at the MC Hotel we have cheaper rates & are pet friendly. We love pets over here, providing pet food and water bowels in the pet rooms as well a dog treats at the front desk.

On our travels across Montana (after a day in Teddy Roosevelt National Park, we stayed at one of two MC Hotel properties, both of which are just off of I-90 (but on different sides of the street). The staff were all excellent - really good service. The breakfast was the standard offered at most hotels but extremely well executed. The room was quite nice as well, and we didn't hear any noise from the interstate. Recommended.

Our room faced the off-ramp of the freeway.The trucks using their air brakes were noisy. Be aware of how close the property is to the freeway

Gary, We apologize for the highway noise. Our location is convenient for those traveling however we do understand things can get noisy, whether it be from traffic or neighboring rooms. We offer ear plugs at the desk to help with the traffic sounds and if a guest tells us a neighboring rooms is loud, the front desk is happy to chat with them.

Staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful. Room was a little dated but clean and quiet. At one point we accidentally turned on the heat and a bad smell came out of the unit, but we managed to deal with it. Pool and hot tub were nice to have but a little bit dirty. Breakfast was exceptional! Would stay here again!
