Très bel hotel dans un emplacement peu touristique
Publié le 9 juill. 2022 sur HotelsCette petite ville ou cet hôtel de construction récente s'est implantée n'a pas encore succombée au tourisme de masse et son poumon économique est axé sur la pêche et l'industrie.
De construction moderne cet hôtel propose un confort très satisfaisant et équivalent par exemple à un très bon Novotel en France.
L'architecture du restaurant qui combine larges baies vitrées et style industriel est appréciable.
Service sans aucun reproche.
Nourriture exceptionnelle au restaurant : penser à réserver
Alors pourquoi pas 10 en note maximale ?
- chambre un peu petite et fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas (sauf si balcon)
- environnement : la vue au loin sur une raffinerie, les cargos (aucune odeur ni nuisance sonore il y a quelques kilometres) gâche un peu un bilan néanmoins très correct.

Lovely 1 night stay
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsLovely one night stay, the only downside for us was that on the Tv not all the Freeview channels we're available in case in the evening you just want to relax watching the Tv.
Lovely buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, baked beans, fried sliced potatoes instead of hasbrowns, sausages and bacon.Also a selection of pastries was available.
Modern clean and quiet hotel just what we needed after a long daydriving down from North Wales and visiting Tenby and Pembroke.
Also in walking distance (approximately 7 minutes)there is a Tesco if need to but anything or refuel your car.
Free parking is available across the road.

A Great place to stay in Milford but the Disabled parking is now nonexistent we used to be able to park right by the main door but now have to park across the road in a Public Carpark

Great location lovely rooms great power shower.. negatives very pricey but I get that due to the quality of the hotel…

Intimidating
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was spoilt from the first moment we arrived , 30 plus boiler suited balaclava men hanging around the entrance and reception, with bags upon bags of their belongings on the floor in reception. My wife found it very intimidating . Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel , or any hotel .

Good evening Adrian,We apologise that your stay was not up to your expectation.The gentlemen in their work uniforms sitting outside are long-term residents of the hotel and are allowed to use all of our facilities, as are any other guests.We offer a laundry service for guests which enables residents to have their laundry professionally cleaned and returned to them. At the time of your arrival the laundry service had just been returned and the current collection point, due to ease of access, is reception. We apologise if we were not up to your expectation but thank you for an otherwise very positive review.
