Great property owners on West Okoboji Lake

Plenty of room for individual quiet time and two family living rooms for playing family games and conversation. The owners were fantastic to work with, had a minor problem accessing the property due to pass code not working but Doug immediately got the door open remotely. We would stay here again, great location.

Clean, Spacious, Well-Furnished, Great for Group of 10
Publié le 7 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe home was clean, spacious, well-furnished, and worked perfectly for our group of 10. It is nice that the property is located so close to Emerson Bay State Recreation Area (beach, public docks, etc.). It is not near Arnolds Park, etc., but we had no problem getting Ubers back and forth. Additionally, the owners were friendly, helpful, and quick communicators. We would absolutely recommend this listing to others.

The best guests you could ask for. Left the property better than they found it. Great crew and family. Even went above and beyond by doing pretty much all of the laundry. Clean, respectable and trustworthy. Would host this group again without hesitation! Thank you Kim and Then!

Publié le 1 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was clean, had towels for swimming if needed, lots of space, and enormous TVs. Plus, it was super close to Lakeside Lab, which is where my family was meeting. Walking trail went right in front of house, and close to boat ramp. Recommend highly.

Fantastic Family Home
Publié le 12 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had 14 people ages 5 to 77 in this beautiful home! Everything we needed was right there and we had plenty of room, great beds and bathrooms, and a fantastic host! Many memories were made in this delightful home.
