The staff was super friendly and nice. The room was clean- beds were clean- felt reasonably safe- Tv had no signal and light over the sink outside bathroom don’t work. Cheap room served its purpose for one night.

The front said the pool was opened and when i went to go in the pool was locked and green..front desk was rude..

We only stayed there for a night because we couldn’t bare the bad smell of cigarettes all around the room and even after we asked for a room change the second room was worse they have shower curtains just thrown on the floor the water system wasn’t working just horrible

Bad smell people roam the halls

The room smelled like cigarettes all night very strong smell in the room, door didnot lock completely and all night someone was jiggling the door handle. Check out was bad noone was there to service you and they did not give a receipt.

perfect stay for what I needed it for. Had a concert in Bridgeport, wanted to be close to New Haven. Best of both worlds. One of the cleanest big chain places I’ve been.
