New for Summer 2023 beautiful in-ground pool (available Memorial Day- Labor Day) and large deck for relaxing, dining and sunbathing. Chic and modern cottage in Millbrook, in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Bright, open main floor - modern kitchen with huge granite counter, stainless appliances and wood and glass cabinets. Master bedroom, full bath and laundry on the main floor. 2 bedrooms upstairs and full bath. Finished lower level with sofa, queen sleeper sofa and chaise lounge. Central A/C on all 3 floors. Relax with a glass of wine from the Millbrook Winery on the front porch or barbeque on the rear deck and enjoy dinner by the pool.
Millbrook offers something for everyone: parks, shopping, great restaurants, hiking, antiques shops, wineries, farmers markets or just relax and enjoy true tranquility!

perfect spot for friends
This house was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Lots of space, room for privacy if you want it. The living area/dining/kitchen area is open and a great hangout spot. The kitchen contains a huge amount of dishes and cookware. The area is quiet yet very near Millbrook. Lots of great lighting, which we as knitters really appreciated! Really a great place to stay. We had everything we needed, and the few times I contacted the owner with questions she answered almost immediately. It was super clean and very well maintained. And, did I mention, lots of space!

Lovely autumn weekend upstate
This house was a beautiful place to stay for a cozy weekend upstate with family. Lots of interesting antiques. My 6-year old daughter loved playing ping pong in the basement. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t available but I understand it’s closed after Labor Day.

Summer getaway
We wanted a quiet property in countryside close to NYC with a pool, and got it! Amenities like wifi, AC, pool were great, and there was more than enough space for our two adults and one toddler. The town of Millbrook nearby was charming and great for food. We went to a farm nearby to feed alpacas, went to a zoo (twice), and to various small playgrounds.

The house was definitively a good place for a family of 6. We were a party of two; thus, we only used the first floor and expected everything to work out well. Unfortunately, there was sewage smell in the kitchen and the bathroom. I contacted the owner and she said it was sulfur (well system) and she was thankful we told her. I also pointed out the lights were not working in the basement above the ping pong table. Furthermore, the bathroom sink was partially clogged and water accumulated. And the toilet came back with debris when flushed. All minor inconveniences but they were unpleasant and unexpected. The house was fine but nothing cute as the description suggests. Plates and glasses not pristine clean so i washed them before using them. There was clutter in the drawers and basement. All things that can be corrected for a more pleasant stay. The swimming pool was all i cared about as well as the grill area, and those two were working well.

Nice stay!
Overall it was a nice relaxing weekend. Unfortunately the pool heater didn’t work however she was quick to respond. We understand things happen. Close to the town. The biggest downfall was the hard beds, that are basically cots and the rotten egg smell from the water which is from the sulfur from water. (If your from anymore but upstate you’ll notice) Otherwise it’s a relaxing stay and host is very responsive!

Excellent hostess. The property and the location are even better than advertised. The property is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The location of the property is even better than I I hoped for. The trees and foliage around the property provide a relaxed atmosphere. which is accented by the songs of the birds who make their home in the area. Loved the pool..

Charming house with a heated pool in a convenient location
The house was really cute and comfortable. It had a nice private location, but was really close to town where we enjoyed the farmers market, Barberos and Babettes. Marsha recommended Wethersfield Estates, which was amazing, as was Innisfree Gardens. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful family gathering
We were truly grateful to able to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The space was very comfortable and roomy enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was well equipped. Our adult children loved playing ping pong downstairs.

House is darling
House is darling. Nice mix of modern comfort and cute touches. It’s huge— 1 big bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs, one of which has 2 twin beds. Living room has comfy couches to seat many, downstairs also has seating. Would absolutely stay here again. It’s clean and comfy.

Quiet stay outside Millbrook
If you like privacy and the nightly sounds of crickets and frogs in a comfortable setting, this is the place for you! Just a few miles outside Millbrook (where there is a wonderful diner and coffee shop), this property has all the amenities you'll need. Although we did not use it, the basement level provides excess communal area for larger groups. A backyard pool remains under construction, but a deck and table/umbrella provide outside enjoyment. Was surprised by the lack of shampoo and conditioner, however, problem was easily solved by a quick trip to CVS. The washer and dryer are also a bit old but did the job when needed albeit slowly. Beware Catskills and Hudson valley are experiencing high levels of ticks this year.

Property as Owner and pictures show. A pool was being built but this was fully disclosed and no work done while we were there. It will be a nice enhancement. We were there to spend Thanksgiving with family living nearby. The house was perfect for us. Fully equipped for a group. We were able to cook easily but the village is nearby for supplies and restaurants. Countryside in the area is beautiful and owner has plenty of suggestions for activities. We went to the Trevor Zoo at Millbrook School which proved a fun and interesting activity. Would definitely book again.

Quiet road
Since I travel some with my dogs, it was important to have a property that allowed dogs. There was a little grass area to walk them on and the road was fairly quiet so I did not have to worry about traffic. Marcia was very responsive to any questions I had. The only thing I was not prepared for was the difficulty with cell service in the area However, the Wi-Fi in the house allowed me to stay in touch with home.

Bright & sunny, with comfortable furniture and beds. We only had 2 nights, but would have happily stayed longer if our trip had allowed. Nice kitchen with a few staples like coffee tea sugar spices etc. Kids loved the ping pong table!

Great Escape from NYC - Cozy, Comfy and Quiet
Perfect weekend couple's escape from NYC! The house was super comfortable and nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook and/or grill (like us!) Nice bedrooms and lots of closet space. SUPER quiet for great night's sleep! We didn't use the basement family room area, but could see folks really enjoying that. Great location....less than 5 minutes into downtown Millbrook and close to lots of other destinations. Our weekend went way too fast! Would love to go back and explore the area more. Marcia is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive owner. Really enjoyed our stay!

Even better than we expected
We had a terrific stay here. The pictures are accurate, but don't give a full impression of how spacious and comfortable the house is. We'll definitely want to stay here again next time we visit this area.
