We are located just outside Historic Downtown Millersburg in a park like setting that gives you all the feels of being in the country while being close to all the prime tourism locations in the area. We are truly looking forward to hosting you and we want you to know that Your Comfort is our Priority and we take our Airbnb business seriously.

This space has been total labor of love. Welcome to one of the oldest properties in Millersburg. What you will be renting was at one time the carriage Stable to the Estate owned by DP Leadbetter and his wife, Mary. The cottage boasts coziness as YOUR COMFORT are first and foremost to us. We have Charging stations for your phone and end tables with built in Charging ports, Comfortable throw blankets, And many extras that you are not going to get booking with someone else. We recognize that airbnb has become big business for many, for us, it is a labor of love and we have you in mind.

Here are 𝙰𝚕𝚕 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙹𝚞𝚒𝚌𝚢 𝙳𝚎𝚝𝚊𝚒𝚕𝚜, 𝙱𝚊𝚜𝚎𝚍 𝚞𝚙𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚝 𝚏𝚛𝚎𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚕𝚢 𝚊𝚜𝚔𝚎𝚍 𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜:

We have put an exorbitant amount of time and energy into this space to ensure your comfort. All of our bedding/ throws etc. get washed for each stay. Pillows have protectors and also get refreshed regularly.

* The Carriage house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage that will sleep four. The bathroom has both a soaking tub AND a Shower.
We have a King Bedroom in Bedroom 1 and Two Twin beds in the second bedroom.

*please understand that we can not accommodate more than 4 in this cottage.


* this is a stand alone cottage from the main house and there is a very good chance that you will never see us. Rarely do we actually see our guests due to our very busy schedule. Our property is large and accommodating, we have a large rope hammock and a fire pit/ seating area for your enjoyment as well as a Dedicated Patio with Table/umbrella AND Gas BBQ Grill for you to use.

A tote with kindling and fire starters is kept at the fire pit so that guests can enjoy a fire at their leisure.

* All bedding/ bath linens are provided
* bring your bath essentials if you want something specific. We have a dispenser in the shower stocked with shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. We also have a hair dryer.

* Kitchen is nicely stocked with pans and utensils for extended stays. We have a Keurig with K Cups/ creamer & Sugar Provided.

* We are minutes away to literally everything. For real.

*We do not have a hot tub or pool

*A tourism information book is provided

* we will not modify travel dates for any reason, this applies to covid excuses as well. Please ensure that you understand our strict cancellation policy.

* cottage is equipped with a “Snooze” ambient noise machine for sleeping, we also have a fan. iPhone docking/ charging stations in Master as well as end tables with charging ports in master as well.



We do a LOT of traveling and have created this space out of our own personal experiences during travel. Things that we loved and things that we didn’t love so much.

Lastly, I ( Jennifer) am a full time flight attendant with Breeze airways. I am on Central standard time. There will be times that I will not communicate back immediately because I am in the air. If you email me at 8pm at night, There is a 90% chance you will not get a response until early the next morning. Please know this out of the gate as Former guests have created issues because I did not respond fast enough to THEIR standards as they thought an airbnb had the same communication style as a hotel. We are not a hotel, We are 100 times nicer than a hotel.... But we are normal people with jobs aside from our hosting platform so please be gracious. Once you book, You will have access to All of our contact info in case you are on property and need something immediately. We have got you covered. My Husband does live on property full time and will be the one getting you situated upon arrival should you need something. Also, this property is NOT handicap accessible and is accessed via a short staircase, Should you need a handicap friendly property please reach out to us as our Guesthouse is more Suitable for those with mobility issues and we can send you a link.

The fire pit area is yours to enjoy! A fire box with kindling etc is provided. Help yourself and enjoy this place!

Firewood, Fire starters etc. will be ready for you. seriously, Enjoy!

When you arrive, please feel free to pull up to the sidewalk next to the cottage, put your hazard lights on, and unload your vehicle.

Parking at the cottage is shared with the owners. Guests will have one garage door width on the left hand side of the garage to park. If you have additional vehicles or a large SUV, you can park behind the property in the Mennonite Church parking lot.

Our property is a NON-smoking property.
NOT HANDICAP Accessible!
Absolutely no smoking on property. This goes for outdoor Space.
You are responsible to Thoroughly wash ALL of your dishes, pans etc. and put them away prior to checking out. Place dirty towels on floor or in bath tub.
Leave the air conditioners/heat on. Set air at 70 degrees during summer months and heat at 60 degrees in winter months upon checking out.

This property is not suitable for parties or excessive drinking.

We do not refund or modify stays based upon sickness, including Covid 19 or other variants. We do not allow late check out or early check in without prior discussion and agreement. You will have access to the cottage via your door code which will be the last four digits of your phone number. Door codes are timed and will allow access at 3pm and shut off promptly at 10 am.

Perfect getaway!
My daughter and I loved the cottage! It was clean and very comfortable. The covered porch was so nice to sit outside, drink coffee, and listen to the birds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
