Memorial Weekend Stay
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed as a family of 5. The cabin is very cute for a small family or a couples getaway. The setting beside the wide creek was beautiful. The neighbors across the creek had loud music most of the nights which was very bothersome.. Other than that it was a good experience.

Relaxing getaway

Outstanding Getaway/Anniversary/Family Trip Spot
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed here for a "short-term" honeymoon before leaving on a longer trip. It was perfect for us. Hoping to revisit frequently. Would work great for a small family trip as well. Location was clean, quiet, and offered everything we needed. River access huge plus!

Publié le 8 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location and very clean. 2 of the chairs by the fireplace had slats missing and we couldn’t use them, but there were plenty for us. Just noting as something that could likely be fixed easily. Wasn’t an issue as all of us loved the place. Landon sent emails and made process very easy.

PSU/Outdoor Weekend
Publié le 9 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat, secluded location with nice views of Penns Creek. Actually accommodated 6 adults with some creativity. Patio/fire pit area is the best feature. Well designed and constructed with great view of river. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good access to breweries, PSU, hiking and fly fishing up river.

More than we expected, but exactly what we needed!
Publié le 8 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was spotless upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and me, as we love nature and the forest.
Penn's Creek is *right there*, and while my husband didn't have any fly fishing from the cabin area, we did explore the area quite a bit and look forward to returning.
The bed is phenomenal. I haven't slept that well in a very long time, and enjoying morning coffee outside on the amazing firepit/patio area was a great way to start the day!
I can't recommend it enough, and is a perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and enjoy the amazing surroundings!
