Nice spot outside of Asheville
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we (family of four + a dog) had a good stay here. The owner met us when we arrived and she was very nice. The location is great; close to a couple of good breweries and good food and a pretty easy drive into Asheville. Also 15-30 minutes to decent trails and waterfalls. The fenced in yard was great for the pup and the space is comfortable enough. The only thing we really didn't like was that we know someone was in the apartment while we were gone; a sweatshirt was left on the couch and the tv was on a different channel than when we left. No concerns beyond that, but that made us a bit uncomfortable.

Garden Getaway
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed for 3 nights to check out State parks in the area. Visited Table Rock, DuPont, and Chimney Rock. All were beautiful and had great trails to hike with our Labradoodle.
The apartment was a great location and very quiet. The yard was like a giant garden (even in February) and totally fenced in, making it perfect for our dog.
We enjoyed the hot tub each evening after a day of hiking. The apartment itself was very comfortable and met all our needs.

Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayKathy continues to deliver on cleanliness and ease of stay! We’ve stayed at this location multiple times now. You can go anywhere or do anything from here. I don’t know what brings us back the most: awesome property owner, the location, the fire pit, the hot-tub, the awesome king bed (so comfortable!), the fact that we can bring our Boykin spaniel, or the Amazing Pizza Company (yes, it’s actually called that!) and brewing companies just down the road (literally).
This is our home away from home in Mills River. Period.

Very easy to access and extremely comfortable!

The apartment and fenced in yard are spacious and made for families snd their fur babies. Thank you, Kathy. Wevare looking forward to staying with you again, very soon.

Long weekend with pooch
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayVery comfy- especially whilst traveling with the dog. The bed in the bedroom we used was very comfortable (back bedroom with 2 windows). The kitchen well equipped and bathroom nice sized. It was lovely to have yard access and was very quiet and easy to get to.

Nice Place In Mills River.

The house was Overall very nice. There were 3 Poodles that barked in the Early Morning when are dogs were Playing outside.
You will very enjoy your stay in Mills River & the kindness of The Host if you stay at this Property.
