staff wasnt very nice or friendly and the property was dirty, ants in the bathroom for no reason, the room reeked of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking

It was very grungy feeling everywhere in the room. While it was a no smoking room as a common smoke smell was quite strong. The flooring was a rubber mat, similar to what you might seen in gym and overall the whole room just did not seem clean or sanitary. The sheets were clean and the bed luckily they have no bugs. Air air-conditioning worked fine bathroom had the strongest smoking smell and the dispensers for soap shampoo and body wash were also grimy and out of repair the room keys were the standard mag swipe. The area of the motel was pretty close to a major mall, but overall seem to be in a low income to commercial area. The motel also had a tournament food truck parked in the parking lot.

The flooring in the room that I stayed in the bathroom flooring was of which you would put for a backsplash in a kitchen and it was glass tile. Glass tile with zero grout it's pretty painful on bare feet in a bathroom. And the remaining room flooring, its some sort of foam mat material.DO NOT walk on that foam matte flooring with your feet. They will be insanely black in just a few steps. I'm not over exaggerating I promise
