this is our 3rd and last time first water was cut off for a few hours then no heater not enough blankets and loud music place is falling apart

We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 love the indoor pool and morning breakfast. We have stayed here at least 10 times and everything has been pleasant. The only thing I would change is that the hotel heater is turned off and should be on.

The staff the very helpful especially Picky at the front desk. Her manager empowered to defer some the of the room deposit.
