The key to the pool did not work and the jacuzzi didn't turn on and it was dirty. Other than that everything else was fine.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking despite having their own lot. The front desk told me that the money for parking goes to the security guard which despite not seeing one and they take no responsibility if anything gets stolen, would make $500k/year with the amount of spaces they charge for. Also, we needed sheets for the hida bed and they were short staffed so had to go to the front desk ourselves to get them.

I was bit disappointed because in the three days stay I told them two times that shower pressure was low, and both times they promised to send maintenance but the issue remained.
Expedia shown that there is Parking and Breakfast available with this hotel. But they didn’t mention that both were paid separately. Had to pay over 50$ for 3 night parking.

I had the most horrible stay.
-Parking Fee was not outlined in website or confirmation. Had to pay by phone.
-Rooftop area was closed, not outlined on website or confirmation.
-Telephone Cord was removed from phone. Had to have housekeeping move the bed to reconnect.
-Pool Gate was broken. They had to open with a stool and reach over the fence.
- Toilet ran all night.
- Microwave in common area was dirty.
-No extra blanket provided.
-The staff did their best to keep up. But, I will not stay there again.
