Really enjoyed my stay here. Apartment was just lovely and very comfortable. I had to stay in MK just after losing my Dad who lived locally and staying here gave me a calm and peaceful environment.

Perfect location

Cleaned and well maintained.
Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking.
One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars.
Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work.

Thanks for your great review Stephen. If you're referring to the 2 provided air coolers, they did seem to be working OK when we checked. If you add ice to them as suggested in our house manual, they're really effective.Apologies for the issue with with sink plug; I'm glad we were able to resolve this for you the morning after it was reported.

Dirty and no water pressure at all

I am aware that you found some dust at the apartment upon your arrival and I agree, we could have done better in that respect on this occasion. We've been able to improve our 72 point cleaning checklist by including a final check to remove any particles disturbed during the cleaning process, so thank you for raising this.
Regarding the water pressure, I'm aware that the strength of the shower was not to your liking. As you know, the washing machine and dishwasher appeared to work fine, so it seems there is no general water pressure issue in the apartment.
Sadly we cannot always guarantee that everything will be exactly to your personal taste at our apartments, but I can guarantee that we will always do everything we possibly can to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
It was the first time we had received this complaint so we didn't have a solution immediately to hand.
However, as you are aware, we ordered a special ionic shower head on same-day delivery and offered to install it that day for you, so that you could complete the remaining several nights of your stay in comfort. Unfortunately, you declined to allow us to do this.
Nevertheless, I thank you for reporting it. We installed the new shower head immediately after your departure and it does seem to enhance the power of the shower nicely. We have now installed the same shower head in all of our apartments. I only regret that you were unable / unwilling to experience its benefit yourself.
