Great hôtel , staff help to get a taxi . Prices are Ok . Breakfast included.

When we checked in our room did not have a bath but this was quickly rectified. Great service.

It was a nice day for what we needed. The room and the bathroom seemed a little bit outdated and in need of updating for example the bathroom did not have enough space around the sink even though we were given an upgrade to an executive room it did not feel like an executive room, but appreciated the hospitality free, Drinks and Snax so thank you for that

Lovely stay and quality service

The Leonardo in MK is well maintained with 4 lifts for 10 floors. Our room is on the 10th and is clean, and comfortable with excellent air conditioning on a hot July night. We upgraded to Superior package, bottles of water, biscuits and coffee vouchers, and of course our choice of room. Water pressure is good. The beds are excellent, and the carpet and curtains are nice too. The only issue is that the hand sink has been chipped, and the bathroom hasn’t been replaced since the property was built I imagine.
