Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HotelsComfortable. Had apartment top floor facing road..views amazing...some road noise..(but didn't find it much a bother).. large Sainsbury and variety of restaurants within 5 mins walking distance..would stay again

As always a great stay - I book here now rather than the many hotels as it is very comfortable and great to have extra space when you are spending several nights. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I arrived with poor information about collecting the keys and paying for the apartment, on arrival to the apartment I found no working tv when I address this with them I was discussed to find they were already aware of this and put me in the accommodation anyway !

We have already spoken on the phone during your stay and as explained, I am sorry you had issues on arrival.
We did send out the full key collection instructions together with maps and key safe code just after 3pm on the day of your arrival. Key collection details are sent after we receive payment.
We can see that you opened the email the following day.
The issue with the TV was a property management one, not an SSMK one, there was a problem with no signal in the block and they called out an engineer who was going to attend as soon as he could.
I did speak with you the morning after your arrival and offered you a transfer to another apartment which you accepted and then declined later in the day saying you would stay in the original apartment.
Again we are sorry you feel you had a bad experience and if the SSMK team could have fixed the TV issue we would have done so to ensure you enjoyed your stay.
