Pros:
Convenient to airport
Free shuttle
Desk staff person was friendly and helpful.
Cons:
DIRTY
Entrance needs some sprucing up. First impressions are important.
Carpets to the rooms are badly soiled.
Hair stuck to the side of the tub.
Floor left our feet bottoms pretty dirty. I took photos.
Access to the lobby requires you to dial 0 on a wall hung phone so the second set of doors can open. We heard this was something new for the new owner.

Nice hotel and staff but had strong smoke smell in hallways and elevator. Breakfast was good but wished it had more variety.

Switched out frig 2 time and neither got cold. Pool area unfuctional jugussi was cold didn’t work never towels in pool area . Never enough room towels for our room Saterday evening they gave me pool towels to use for sunday showers cause there were no towels. Didn’t understand that. Air conditioning leaked all over the floor.

Pool was down for maintenance which was a disappointment as we were planning to spend a day of our stay around the hotel. We had to make other plans and spend more money on activities. Would’ve rather spent that extra money at an upgraded hotel if I’m being honest.

Free time away was nice but not relaxing!
Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HotelsOur stay started off bad when finding out the hot tub had no heater. The pool was cold and dirty. Then we got to our room and we had a suite 3 people. No pillow or covers for sofa sleeper. Or set of towels for that person. We went in hallway and asked for towels and they had no idea what we were saying. All housekeeping should not just speak Spanish! We grabbed what we needed. Then we went to put stuff in fridge and door couldnt shut because it was all iced over. So nothing could go in till next day when it finally thawed out by us. There were sunflower seeds on the floor. Floor was dirty. No soap in the bathroom. Then breakfast the next morning was a joke. No cereal, no juice, no plates so ate waffle in a bowl. No milk. No coffee. No fruit. Truck came while we were eating but still no fruit the next day. I go to motels for the hot tub and pool. The only good things were the two ladies at the front desk Sherry not sure on spelling and cant remember other ones name and that they comped but nights of our stay. Place seems nice but need some help with employees and what they should be doing and one of the breakfast helpers needs to learn to be kinder even if its not her fault they are short of food. She was very rude. Also if hot tub isnt working should email those booked so they know before hand.
