One parking space included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20/day, but may raise if there are events going on (paid by yourself there). We will send check in instructions on how to access the garage before your stay.

The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay.

Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests.

While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.

We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:

1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.

We’ve always wondered about this place in the past and we were excited to be able to rent it out for the weekend!!! Was not disappointed at all!! We would easily come back in a heartbeat! Perfect location for us. Can’t wait to rent out of here again in the future!

This apartment was in a great location, comfortable, and had great views of the Milwaukee. A excellent option if you have a student or event in the area. Parking was a problem though. Parking pass for nearby garage didn’t work. Owner worked with us to fix the issue, but not a great first impression.
