My wife and I booked a one-night stay at this hotel due to its convenient location near downtown. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately hit with a musky odor, poorly masked by cheap deodorant. Things went downhill quickly when, during check-in, a highly intoxicated individual approached the front desk, yelling and cursing. The attendant told us to ignore him, even though he became more aggressive and pushed his way in to demand access to his room. The staff seemed unfazed and told us he was on drugs, which was alarming.
After checking in, we hurried to our room only to find the same individual following us, shouting obscenities. Once inside the room, we were greeted by another foul odor, and at that point, we knew we didn’t want to stay any longer. To make matters worse, the intoxicated person was lingering outside our room. We immediately went back to the front desk to request a different room, but the attendant showed no concern. He rudely mentioned that since we booked through a third party, no changes or refunds could be accommodated.
We decided to leave and booked a different hotel, the Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, through the same app. It was a world of difference—spotlessly clean, with exceptional service, all for the same price. I highly recommend staying at the Ambassador Hotel instead; it's outstanding and offers a much better experience.

Terrible neighborhood and at check in they offered me a device for my steering so my car wouldn’t get stolen 😡

There was atosch in my shower and there was mold and a bulging wall full of ways lwatee in my room.

There was holes in the outside wall where daylight was going thru the walls. The shower in our first room broke…not a good area of town.

No hot water, very very very limited breakfast, ive been to many days inn and this is by far the most limited with breakfast. It also had a musk smell through the hallways and in the room. The doors dont close as well inless you force it close.

When we checked in the first red flag was when they offered us a steering wheel lock. Then told us to park in a certain location so the camera could pick up the car. We were told there was a gang going around and taking cars and killings people. Also it smelled of alcohol the moment we walked in the lobby (a beer can was on the floor).
We felt unsafe and left. Would not recommend this property.
