Don't book this through Expedia! The hotel is good, one of the nicest in the area. Its location right next to the highway is safe and convenient but charmless. But the communication between Expedia and the hotel was so bad. Expedia charged us for an optional breakfast but the hotel had no record of it (when contacted, Expedia claimed the hotel included free breakfast which was obviously false based both on the hotel's and Expedia's website). Then we got double charged for the room, the kicker being that the hotel charged us $30 LESS than Expedia. The room was stylish and you could tell it had been updated; the bathroom was similarly updated but a little less polished. Bed was very comfortable and bottled water provided. It's in an area of middling hotels and a solid choice--we'd stay here again.

Ashley at the desk was amazing, friendly and helpful with a great smile at the end of my long travel day. The bar has a safe and friendly vibe. Rebooking for my return trip now.

Very nice hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Close to downtown Menominee Falls with lots of dining options.
