Room was easy to get too except they didn't empty garbage can in kitchenette area

This place was adequate as a place to sleep. But when we checked in, it appeared that housekeeping had not finished our room. Some of the bed linens were missing. There were no towels or washcloths. There was half eaten food and drink in the fridge. Not sure what happened. But we just slept there and left. We encountered people with big dogs in the hallways, so they must let people live there with dogs. I think I'll find another place for next visit to the area.

Hotel closes lobby at 10 and we had to call customer service for them to open and check me in. Also they made the check in before we even arrived there .
There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room.
No breakfast either even when I made my reservation the website was advertised

No staff available during night time, they charge extra for change sheets, blankets, towels, trash, etc very expensive for that “kind” of service.

Poor service to start
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsNot a great visit, started with poor desk service by an unattentive host with minimal customer service. Hotel ammenities and services were not offered or discussed. After receiving 1 room key only (no request for additional with a 3 party two bed room) our family grabbed our items and trekked to the room.
Initial impressions were good. Settling in proved a different story as the bathroom was not ready for new guests. The first of our family used the last of the only roll of toilet paper stocked with no additional roll in sight. One of our party went to the desk for more along with requests for towels (only 2 in room for 3 people), pillows (2 on one bed, 3 on the other) a blanket if possible and the toilet paper.
After learning company policy regarding only 2 towels in each room, no exceptions, and being told there were no pillows to spare my family member returned with a roll of toilet paper an a promise of a blanket, maybe.
No blanket came, drawers in the kitchenette were broken and fell apart at the slightest of touch. The bathroom was ill designed for use.
Do not intend to stay at sinilar properties afain.

Dirty. Hallway had bad odor. Room had bad odor. Room was 3/5 for clean. Windows so dirty you could hardly see out. Bathroom was nasty enough that I didnt shower there. Rug was stained, had wet spot between the beds. Outside/ parking lot had garbage everywhere. Stay somewhere else if you can.

I am very angry with this property. Upon check-in, we were informed that as of that morning, they had changed the terms of their rentals. They would no longer provide dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pots, toasters, etc. They informed us we needed to pay additional for these products. Additionally, they were no longer serving breakfast. We would need to bring our used towels to the desk and PAY additional for clean replacements. We were required to take our own trash out to the dumpster (or be fined). I booked this facility based on it having a fully functioning/stocked kitchen. We had already purchased groceries for our meals. I informed the manager that he must comply with the terms of our rental - which included all of these items. As a concession, he did allow us to use a pot, a pan and a spatula. We had to provide our own dishes, utensils, etc. We had to buy a coffee pot. We also purchased towels, because I refused to pay anything additional to this property for them. A hotel room should provide towels for guests. We
Expedia should not list this as a hotel for short-term guests. It is really an apartment complex. Most guests were living there. There were men drinking an urinating in the parking lot - just below our window, and near the dumpster where we had to take our trash.
This was not even close to the experience we expected. I cannot tell you how upset and disappointed we are with this trip. I hope you will consider a refund!

No go… not what was advertised
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst, there is no continental breakfast. I found this out when I got there, despite it being advertised online AND at the hotel itself!
Second, there are no pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils… nothing in the kitchen!!
Third, the bathroom was not clean. I found dirty wipes and the walls are peeling bad. Shower pressure was nonexistent.
Will not stay here again.
