The place seemed to be very nice but when it came to cleanliness it could have been better.. I brought the roach infestation to the attention of the woman who checked me in and she said she was sorry I had to see that ... The next morning I had my do not disturb door handle tag on only to be disturbed by a non English speaking worker so I got outta bed and exchanged towels only for him to be knocking again a short while later he was at the wrong room ... Another guest had a dog somewhere in a room close by and that's all you heard for a few hours was an unattended dog barking . Kinda disappointed as it was a pricey place to have roaches .

My TV and fridge did not work. The hot tub water was disgusting! The night attendant was rude and did not provide any help. I only had one set of towels even though I was charged for two people. This really was horrible and very unaccommodating

Staff was amazing, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Room was clean, good size, and very nicely updated! I would definitely stay there again!

Night staff is food but morning staffs at the front desk are are not friendly at all. Act like they don’t care when asked questions. Overall are good
