Nothing specifically wrong, just not exceptional. I would prefer to be greeted by a desk clerk that can communicate clearly and isn't in a rush to get back to watching videos on his phone.

Simply amazing from early check in without feeling like we inconvenienced your wonderful staff, to switching my room because I picked the wrong kind of room without her even asking! Beyond going above and beyond service thank you and your staff for a most comfortable stay and delicious breakfast before we left!
