Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was really good. Wish the pancake machine was working though lol.

we checked in and the shower had soap and hair from a previous guest housekeeping came but didn’t remove the soap. Towels had hair on them and when asked for new towels the front desk clerk didn’t want to exchange them. I would never stay at another holiday day inn ever!!

Hotel was good, comfy beds and helpful Staff only thing to note was there was some broken glass in the parking lot where someone’s window was obviously shattered, but never picked up.

Dirty crumbs on the floor, not bed bugs but bugs in the bedding, wouldn’t deliver extra bedding to the room. Pull out couch was colored on by what I would assume is a small child. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am
