It was convenient for locations in Wauwatosa, but hard to find initially, even with GPS. The facilities were average, but clean. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely get in and close the door. The sink had a long crack in the bowl portion. We had two specific problems: the staff a necklace was stolen

The smoke alarm went off at 12:40am. The fire department came. No one knew procedure to evacuate, or when to return to rooms. Towels were dingy and worn.

A pipe started leaking into our room and immediately after we brought it to the staffs attention they got us into a new room and really went above and beyond to take care of us! The lady taking care of breakfast and as very friendly and approachable and recognized us later in the stay and made it a point to say hi and make small talk!
