I have stayed here many times since they have opened. My daughter goes to college in Milwaukee and every time I go up to see her I stay there. It USED to be so nice, maybe because it was new. This time, my room was not clean. I always check rooms before I stay, during this I found that one of the beds had a red orange fluid type stain on the mattress cover near the head of the bed that went down the side. With my phone flashlight I followed the stain down to the floor and there was a floor darkness stain looking spot on the patterned carpet. Also under the floating night stand were eye lashes and a contact. I went to the front desk to ask for someone to change the bedding. I was told that they didn't have anyone that could do that, there were 2 girls at the front desk, it was about 11pm. The one girl went and got me new bedding and handed it to me for me to change. Like oh thanks I get to clean up after some gross person left some bodily fluids behind. They told me they were booked so they couldn't move my room. So I changed the bedding and cleaned the whole room and bathroom with soap towels and my own antibacterial wipes I had. We needed both beds bc my teenage son was with me. The next morning, I found that they charged my debit card TWICE for the room. I went and asked the desk, they said "Well since we were booked up to capacity my manager charges the debit card on file the morning of the reservation, before check in." I said ok but you charged me TWICE.

we did not have water for a critical time. No shower or teeth brushing before we went out to our event. Hotel staff was not apologetic or communicative about this issue. That's a BIG CON.
Shower was not clean enough when we were able to use it (the next day)
