Being from the area, the evolution of this building is simply amazing. Staff was accomadting and kind. The amenities are great and the ROOMS are PHENOMENAL. Our 1 king bed room was a studio apartment, not a king bed hotel standard. It was great!

Parking was a hassle and we were ticketed $125 in addition to the $25 parking garage fee.
Parking was not directly tied to property.

1st time to Milwaukee!
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel overall was wonderful. Just a few minor snafu. The shampoo dispenser was off the wall. The hotel did offered to come in and fix it, but we preferred not to have people in our room when we’re not here. The next morning we realized we didn’t have any conditioner. They also offered to come up and change it but we were going out for the morning. We asked if they could just have one at the front desk when we return when we return. The bottle was not At the front desk. The person in the desk said they would send it up to our room because we were going to be up there for about a half hour. It did not arrive. So when we left, they said they would just get it back to the front desk. When we return the second time, we had a new host Work the desk. He wasn’t aware of the conditioner bottle being needed. But within three minutes, he had one for us. By the way, my hair looks great today!! Ha ha Beautiful hotel, Great dinner and breakfast suggestions from the staff, Great location! Right across the street from the public market, super cool place. We will definitely stay again!!
