This unit includes 3 parking spots—2 in the garage and 1 in front. Free street parking is available for 3 nights with city approval. Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar are nearby, with Uber & Lyft also available.

* General Rules:
- No Milwaukee residents allowed.
- Rentals over 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- Be respectful of neighbors—no loud music or late-night parties.
- No shoes or smoking inside the house.
- No tampering with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Events or outsides guests need prior approval from the host, and there may be an additional charge.
- A per-night charge applies for extra guests due to additional wear and tear.
- Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended.
- Additional space may be available for larger groups; please confirm with the host before booking.
- Turn off all lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before leaving.
- Report any property damage or special cleanup needs to the host.
* Balcony Use Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.
* Outdoor Grill:
- You are welcome to use the charcoal grill. Charcoal and gas are not provided, but you may use any left by previous guests. Please monitor the grill at all times while in use and clean it after use.
* Communication and Quiet Hours:
- Host communication may not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Yard hours: 9:00 am to 9:45 pm.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
* Building Information:
- This unit is part of a multi-unit building with close neighbors. While newly constructed, soundproofing is not perfect, and noise from above or below may be heard. We strictly prohibit loud or late-night parties. If your group cannot adhere to quiet hours, please choose another unit.
