The location is excellent with many restaurants within walking distance and proximity to the lake and Art museum. The windows were filthy and The bathroom had mold in the grout and was in need of an update. It looked like a motel and not worth the money. The valet parking is a scam at $47.

Pricey, but good.
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was fast & we were able to get into a room early. Appreciated the emails from the hotel with info in days ahead of time. Valet was friendly. Room was clean & bed comfy. View sucked (air conditioner units & close by buildings) but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. Had an early dinner in the restaurant, not a ton of options but reasonable prices, service was quick & staff friendly. Was nice being able to walk to concert at Fiserv.

When checking in I was provided a dirty room. There had been no made service completed from the previous stay. I asked for a clean room. The staff then provide me with a King bed in the second room. I had booked 2 queens. Finally after moving 2 rooms and 4 floors a clean and correct room was provided.
