Holiday Gathering with Family

Perfect Location for Family Stay
Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayI needed a convenient, large location for family members coming to visit for the Holidays. The Schwemer House was ideal. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The bathrooms were clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen was open to the living area and dining table so it was easy to be part of the conversation and fun as meals were prepared. Altogether, it is a terrific place for the cost. I highly recommend it and will probably use it again for next year's Holiday season.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, lots of trees
Publié le 6 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse located in semi rural part of Mequon, with lots of trees. Nice walking & still close to town activities. And layout & decor of house is nice. That’s the good part.
I’ve stayed in many short term rentals, this by far is the least cared for property.
Difficult to get into house as given wrong door code. Took 45 minutes to get correct code & get in house.
First night, had to wash dishes before using them , as they were sticky.
House description says four beds- fourth bedroom is stiff hard sofa bed with no sheets. It is Not a double bed. Our group had to bunk up, as couldn’t use it.
These are all things that could be remedied- but need to be addressed.

Beautiful house, fabulous location
Publié le 24 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house is across the street from the river in a quiet, relatively secluded location. A great place for hiking, even in the early spring. Yet it's close to great restaurants and fun shops. Can't wait to come back!

Great little house
Publié le 21 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayEven better than advertised. This was a very organized home that was a great place to recoup during a local conference. 4 adults stayed comfortably. Even the sofa sleeper was above average.
