Tough one
No pillows, no clock, no artwork on the walls, but there were at least cigarette burns/holes on the bed's comforter. Right when we checked in a patron was escorted out by security for cussing them out about the wifi.. Oh man, what a memorable stay!

too many dirty chics offering a good time wanting money knocking on my door all night...i had to leave and pay there fee and fer for another hotel to get a good night sleep...i left a message for a return call for a refund for that night and never received it

Kind of a seedy place to stay.
Not the greatest place. Nice location by the airport. The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs some major updates. Not very clean over all, including hallways and rooms alike. Beds are OK but need to be replaced. Rooms need an overhaul to fix broken doors and such. I stayed here alone but would not have my wife stay there.

Not the trip i planned for
When i first arrived the lady at the desk was locked out of her office so we had to wait on security to help her get back in. Our room was extremely cold and the heat wouldnt go up. It was very clean but the cold air was too much.

Nice hotel outside of downtown
The price is great! It's nowhere near downtown and it's nice and quiet. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, beds are comfortable! I will stay here again due to the above-mentioned things! Kid friendly and free parking!

pleasantly surprise
I was pleasantly surprise took my grand kids and dogs there for new years eve celebration hotel was clean smelled great room clean and a nice size would definitively stay here again. Staff was friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave in the room

Not impressed
The room smelled horrible. Beds were sunk in the middle and uncomfortable. The room was way to small for 4 people (even though there were 2 beds). The shower leaked, the toilet sounded like a concrete truck when you flushed it. There were pills on the floor in the hallway. Net very clean or well maintained. Neighborhood was pretty shady.

Worst room ever!
The room was horrible! It was a smoke free room but had a strong order of smoke. There was some type of plastic bag cover on the smoke detector. The bed mattress was sunk in very badly.

I realize that this is a lower budget hotel, but really, you are still charging decent money for this place. I am not sure who would address any of this: The shower is terrible because the drain is plugged and shower floods over the edge and i am standing in the filth of other people's hair and body detritus! There is also no handle in the shower and my disabled husband fell down and hurt himself Floors are so filthy that when we put a towel on the floor after the shower made such a mess,the towels were black! Why is there gum on the headboard?—this is gross, disgusting and a health hazard! Unbelievably, I had to pay $3.19 to use the Internet for 24 hours and it is terrible and only worked on 1 device at a time. Very expensive and I have never in the past 5 years seen any hotel ever charge for wifi in the US or in Europe 1 towels and it was so tiny &thin Only 1 bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner or blow dryer Window broken and screen doesn’t close so bugs and rodents could come in while the window is open. smells, faucet leaks, bed sinks in middle ,gangs outside room at night, worst stay ever

bed was very old, lumpy and sagged in the middle. room temp was cool. turned on the heat and a stale foul smell came from unit. I t did clear after about 10 minutes.

People were Nice, Place was a Cesspool
Mattresses were stained. Wi-fi was weak (after you had to pay for it). No shampoo in shower. I expected cheap, but not this cheap.

I arrived on a late flight and went to the hotel at ~11PM. The immediate location of the hotel was rundown. Several unsavory characters were milling about the parking lot and check-in area. The manager, who was out of sight behind a door, flashed surveillance images on an overhead monitor to the desk clerk and quizzed her as to whether she recognized any of the individuals seen in various hallways of the hotel (with an unspoken implication of associated nefarious activities). My room was clean but cinder block spartan with a door which seemed too thin to seriously deter anyone intent on harm. In short, I did not feel safe in this hotel.

There was no hair dryer. The shower floor was slippery had to place a towel down just to take a shower. Room was ok. Staff members we excellent.

The room had mold growing on the ceiling. One of the baseboards was held up by a thumb tack. It also had a glass TV and the security bar was busted off.
