Great Value, reasonably close to Downtown and Airport.
My only reason I am writing a bad review is because I requested a wakeup call for 5:28am for Sunday July 28, 2024 at the frontdesk on Friday July 26 and again on Saturday July 27.
I again confirmed around 1am Sunday July 28, after my busy last day in Milwaukee, that my Wakeup call was indeed scheduled for 5:20 or 5:28am in just 4.5 hrs.
Although I had an alarm set on my phone, I always request a Wakeup call for peace of mind when travelling.
I heard my alarm and turned it off, thinking I would get a Wakecall shortly.
Unfortunately, I never received that scheduled wakeup call. This meant I missed my 7am Flight.
I only woke up at 6:40am to my alarm for end of my boarding in Milwaukee airport.
I explained my Predicament at the front desk on checkout, and the lady did see my wakeup call was written in the binder in front of her. She did confirm and admit that my wake up call was Not made to my room 141.
I have both my Initial flight and the Rebooked flight that I incurred about $860 to return home to Canada.
If I send proof of this, can I get a Future stay voucher or credit, or a Partial refund for my 3 nights July 25-28,2024 that I stayed at Motel 6 in Oak creek?
Please advise.

2 armed robberies in front and back of property. Continous police presence, even including running every plate in the lot many times stopping by every vehicle. Checking VIN numbers. One guy at the desk was pretty nice. But watch out asking for a replacement room card from the other guy. Very rude. And you need a reprogrammed card every single time. And hope you dont need more than 1 towel per person for 4 days!

The staff is good. Helpful even. Had issues with the a/c in our first room, we were able to switch rooms, which was good. There were some smells that were not pleasant in the hallways the first night -- cleaned up by day 2.

The whole property smells bad. The first room we checked into had no tv and was not cleaned. There was a used soap in the shower and hair in the bathtub and yellow stuff all over the wall by the bed. They moved us to a new room and it had brown stuff on the wall when you first walk in and the tv didn’t work.

Wouldn’t stay again
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was shady to say the least. TV did not work. Toilet leaked. Called front desk and they had another room but air didn’t work. Maintenance came the next day and was supposed to bring us a remote for the tv and never did.
