Stayed here several times. Very close to the lakefront and the 3rd Ward for shopping and dining.

Property and room were great. Staff too. It was somewhat annoying that at 3pm on a Saturday there weren’t any meal options onsite because the restaurant was closed.

The fact I had to pay extra for parking and no room service.

I have shared your feedback with the engineering and housekeeping leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent the guest room issue you experienced from occurring in the future. I understand the frustration of the guest parking and no In-room dining.This type of experience is far from the norm at our hotel, and I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

I was charged for parking on the Expedia website and again by the hotel. With tip I paid $94 to park for one night. Meanwhile a near empty lot was across the street.Also, Expedia offered wi-fi and breakfast for $30. Wi-fi was free!

Nice place to stay and in a great location. For a Westin I kinda thought the rooms would be a little nicer and cleaner? Lobby was really nice, but the room was pretty basic. Overall felt clean but there was just a little dust build up on the vents, cracked mirror, and mold? in the bathroom But overall can’t complain!!
