Service was great, room was clean and quiet. The only thing that was a miss was the condition of the mattress. The bed was not soft , more on the stiff side, not comfortable. It was a long night trying to find the sweet spot which didnt exist on that mattress.

I didn’t like the small size of the room and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly.

Gym was great!
Could have been cleaner. Hallway stairs were never vacuumed.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The free pool table for guests in the lobby was a huge win! Close proximity to Brookfield Square and definitely worth checking out if you stay here.
