The halls needed to be vacuumed. Very dirty. The room was fine. When we checked out there were three ladies at the desk talking loudly and personally amongst themselves and didn't say a word to any guests dropping 9ff their cards. Didn't ask how they enjoyed their stay.

The hotel was noisy, the air conditioner was loud as well, however the bed and pillows were the biggest disappointment. Bed so extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so soft, even doubling up didn’t help.
The carpet out side of the bedroom was full of crumbs, the room itself was clean.
