Great stay

The property was perfect for our family. Easy to get around and clean apartment. The apartment is missing a washing machine which I didn't even think to check. Otherwise great.

Parfait séjour à Mimizan

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement. Idéalement placé, agréable, calme et frais même lors d’une arrivée lors d’une journée très chaude. La place de parking et la piscine sont de vrais atouts! La literie est confortable. Accès à une laverie (payante) commune bien pratique. Seul regret : pas de wifi! Pour le reste c’est le top! Nous avons déjà envie d’y retourner!

Lovely place to be

Sehr schönes Appartement, leider schlossen nicht alle Türen. Kein WLAN. Küchenausstattung ausbaufähig (nur kleine Töpfe). Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Strand. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Thank you so much for this extraordinary vacation! The appartment was beyond our expectations, very clean, well equipped and perfectly located. The pool was beautiful and never too crowded. There is a laundry room in the complex, very easy. Mimizan Plage is amazing, beautiful nature, nice little town and the "courant" is just next to the building. The supermarket is nearby as well. Everything was perfect and the owners were adorable and very attentive! Thank you so much, we will come back!

Gute Lage für erholsamen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist zentral, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Man kann Süd- und Nordstrand fußläufig schnell erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wobei die nicht schließenden Türen und fehlendes WiFi sicherlich zu beheben wären. Wenn man für mehr als zwei Personen kochen wollte, wären die vorhandenen Töpfe zu klein. Aber für uns hat es prima gepasst.

Quelques détails de finition qui pourraient être facilement résolus ( fermeture porte entrée dure et fermeture porte chambre rez défectueuse , obligé de fermer à clé. Déception sur le manque de WI-FI, après vérification sur place pas dans l'annonce même mais je l'avais pourtant sélectionné dans les critères. Bain à remous mentionné mais pas d'accès accepté par Néméa (conflit d'intérêt car pas loué par Néméa) sinon conforme à l'annonce , excellente situation et parking facile.

Great apartment located very conveniently

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The apartment is within walking distance to the beach as well as restaurant, shops, etc. We appreciated that the apartment is over two floors with a bathroom on each floor, and it has a large balcony with a big table and still space for bikes and drying towels.
