It is in the lower part of town where there is no effort made in upkeep.

The hotel service is awful. The personnel is rude and despotic. When we arrived the person who was at the desk never looked at us or said hello. The hotel advertised "breakfast included, " yet she said rudely, "there is a continental breakfast, but it has an added cost. You just will get coffee, bread and fruit." The next day the "breakfast" was a piece of Mexican bread, a cup of coffee and A FEW SLICES of a banana and a similar tiny amount of melon. The hotel is deceiving in it's advertising for which they overcharge an awful service. I will never stay at a Best Western Hotel again.

Le comentamos que al momento de realizar su reservación le especifican el tipo de desayuno que ofrece la tarifa y en especifico que es lo que incluye que es referente a lo que usted está pagando, si usted no está de acuerdo debería comentarlo directamente con la agencia.Agradecemos el tiempo que tomó para contestar la encuesta.
