I paid for my room months in advance through Expedia. When I checked in they claimed they had no record of my Expedia payment and charged me again to stay. They ran my credit card to charge me and would not refund me because I didn't want to stay under these conditions. They no longer serve breakfast and the pool was under construction so it was not usable. Since they don't serve breakfast until 10:00a.m. on the weekend, they moved the checkout time to 10:00a.m. from the advertised 11:00a.m. There little black ants in our room. I will never stay there again and will tell others of my awful experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. Outside Maintenance has been ignored. Water level of the pool was down and the water was green. Walkways were cracked and uneven. At one time walkways were top-coated but the top-coating was in terrible shape. New plank flooring in our room but no transition from vinyl planks to bathroom tile floor, it was uneven. Molding on the door to the outside was heavily damaged by I’m guessing a dog that didn’t like being left alone.

Outdated, no breakfast included (though site says yes). I waited for at least 10 minutes in the lobby before someone came to check me in. Rough check in process as well.
