We are a husband and wife team who personally manage this home. We have been delighting VRBO guests with our properties in the Myrtle Beach and Smith Mountain Lake, VA areas for over 8 years. Our properties have consistently garnered 5-star reviews due to our attention to detail and our focus on helping our guests have outstanding vacation experiences.



From the moment you pass through our gated entrance and onto our paved driveway meandering through woods bustling with birds, squirrels, and deer, you are transported to what we call Lake Life. Lake Life and your time at the lake can be extremely peaceful and relaxing OR full of fun and exciting activities OR both! Our home offers you whatever experience you and your family are looking for in a lake vacation.



Our lakefront home was remodeled and updated in 2023, has nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, sits on roughly 3 acres, and boasts over 200 feet of Lake Anna shoreline on a beautiful cove.



Bring your boat! You can tie up at our boathouse and public boat launches are only 5-10 minutes by boat from the house. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer at the house too.

Please note that there are three security cameras in use on the property. The three cameras are a doorbell camera at the front of the house, a camera inside the garage, and the third located on the back deck which views the boathouse area.

Amazing Time
The house was so beautiful and well kept. The location on the lake is stunning and the water sports included in the house make it a great time on the lake. Many activities to do at the house or around the town. Would absolutely love to stay at this place again.

Lovely Post Labor Day Week
What a beautiful place! Our group was 3 couples and found the house was well suited with room to spare. We like to cook meals, and the kitchen was well stocked and was laid out to allow for group cooking. The deck and the boathouse were favorite spots to gather to enjoy the perfect weather. The property is very well maintained. Robert and Courtney were very responsive and checked in multiiple times to make sure we had what we needed and to answer any questions that may have come up.

Fantastic vacation
We have been renting vacation houses for 20+ years and this was the best we have ever stayed in. House is in almost new condition and everything works as it should. Proper, correct instructions on how to use things like the A/V equipment, grill, hot tub and golf cart. The hosts have provided so many things that we have been used to bringing with us like soaps of all types and paper goods. They were also the most communicative hosts we have ever had. We absolutely would look to stay here again if we go back to Lake Anna.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, close to Food Lion. Perfect for a large group. Boat house is perfect with slide and trampoline if you have kids, morning sun, evening shade, close to marinas if you have a boat. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing House and Amazing Amenities!
We had a fabulous week at Lake Anna! This house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 1 toddler). The house was beautiful, equipped with everything needed, and so spacious. And the outdoor amenities were incredible! We fished off the dock, swam and floated, kayaked, used the paddle board, had beautiful bonfires in the evening, and made use of the hot tub. It was a perfect vacation! And Robert and Courtney were great to work with. We are already planning next year’s vacation at this property!

Excellent location, close to Food Lion and restaurants. The house is beautiful and it was clean and ready for us. The Dock area was perfect with the SUP, Kayaks, life vest and floats all provided. Dock was great for our rental boat too. Kids loved the game room. Owners were responsive and great. 10 out of 10.

Weekend Wedding Oasis
We had the pleasure of staying here the weekend of our son’s wedding, and it exceeded all our expectations. The photos don’t do the property justice - it’s positively breathtaking. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and each room was wonderfully inviting with more than enough room to relax, and celebrate. The outdoor area was also impressive, with breathtaking views that were perfect for photos and water toys available for creating unforgettable family memories. The hosts took care to stock items that made our stay even more convenient. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate such a significant event. A Must Stay on the Lake!
This property is absolutely gorgeous! It had everything our group needed and more, for a wonderful stay on the lake. The house is extremely clean, spacious, and welcoming. The kids and adults alike were able to enjoy the games and amenities in the basement, the hot tub with a wonderful view, and most importantly, all of the fun on the dock and in the lake! The amazing wildlife we encountered was an added bonus. We highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful week by the lake
This stay was great! Being right on the lake was fantastic, and everything in the house was perfect for our group. There was lots of room to spread out, but also great gathering spaces for when we wanted to be together. The house was clean and provided everything we might have needed or wanted. Check in and information was all detailed and helpful. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Truly a Slice of Heaven
Three generations of my family gathered for a long weekend, and this property was perfect for us. We enjoyed cooking together in the well-designed and well-appointed kitchen; we enjoyed the dock and kayaks; the little ones enjoyed playing tag on the deck; the adults enjoyed the hot tub; we all enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit and the game room. Truly an exceptional experience. And Courtney was so, so pleasant and responsive that it was a joy to work out the details. They thought of everything, including an easy drive to a grocery store!

The Perfect Lake House!!
This is the perfect lake house for a getaway, it has everything you could possibly want. The view was beautiful, it has plenty of things to do at the house, and the most beautiful driveway we have ever seen. The location was perfect for us as we split our time between Washington DC and Williamsburg, VA and the lake house was centrally located for us. Next time we will have to book in the summer to spend more time on the dock/lake.

Forever Friends 2023 Lake Trip
We all were sooooooo pleased with your rental. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful everything was and how wonderfully decorated the house was. We just LOVED it! One suggestion was that there was no coffee pot or we couldn't find it. Would love to come back!!!!

Immaculate experience
I would give this higher than 5 stars if possible. The property is picturesque and every amenity is provided for in thoughtful ways. The property managers were communicative and responsive while also providing the right amount of space. The location is outstanding and the cleanliness was apparent throughout. Perfect!
We had a great time at this property. It has everything you need to keep everyone busy. My adult kids loved the kayaks and trampoline. They used the hot tub all of the time. We loved sitting by the fire pit with the view of the lake. The inside of the house is spotless and decorated beautifully. Beds are comfortable. It’s nice not to have to pack shampoo and laundry detergent! Everyone enjoyed the pool and basketball net downstairs. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this is by far our favorite. The property managers are very easy to communicate with. Great place!
