Welcome to Kassa Blanca on the private side of Lake Anna! You and your guests will make a lifetime's worth of memories at this beautiful waterfront home. Enjoy the 250 feet of waterfront, large dock and boathouse, fire pit, outdoor shower, Trex deck and stone patio, all just steps to the water. Take the kayaks or stand up paddle boards out and cruise around the lake, fish off the dock, play games on the gently sloping lawn, have breakfast in the garden or enjoy happy hour on the screened-in porch. There is also a hot tub where you can take in the amazing view while letting all your cares slip away!

When you are inside this immaculate home, you will enjoy the quartz counter tops and spotless appliances in the newly updated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, three 50-inch+ smart TV's, luxury master bath and tasteful decor with over 3000 sq feet of living space! **2024 updates: new floors installed throughout the upper level and new outdoor shower. The house has everything you could need for a perfect family getaway! The fees include full linen service, towels, trash removal, and maid service. We have thought of every detail so all you have to worry about is enjoying all the lake has to offer.

Great Family Vacation
We had 5 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 11 years old. There was plenty of space that we didn't feel on top of each other but small enough that we still felt like we were on a family vacation. There was plenty to do for all ages and it was very relaxing. We all had a fantastic time!! The house and property is absolutely stunning. The owners have thought of everything!! Stunning views of the lake as soon as you enter the house. Fantastic screened in porch area where we enjoyed meals and playing card games. A peaceful dock area to relax and read a book while enjoying the breeze off the lake. The hot tub was relaxing and the canoes/ kayaks were so much fun. It was a fantastic weekend getaway.

What a Gem!!

Kasa Blanca.
This is the second stay at Kasa Blanca for our group & we were very excited for a return visit. The home is lovely, very well equipped & offers a beautiful view of the lake. Had the weather been warmer we would have taken advantage of all the lake toys provided. Next time! Our group visits Lake Anna on average of twice per year. This is indeed the perfect Lake Anna waterfront home.

Northern Virginia Spring break getaway
Our family went for 3 days/4 nights and had a wonderful stay at this house. The weather this time of year didn’t cooperate so we could not really enjoy the lake or outdoors too much. The house is very clean and up to date. Kitchen has everything you need. The main floor was perfect for the adults to stay in the master suite and our kids stayed on the lower level. I think it would be difficult to have multiple couples since only one bedroom has the bathroom connected and downstairs all 3 rooms share a hallway bathroom. Tons of sitting areas inside and out. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. In better weather there are plenty of lake toys to use both by the dock and the garage so that looks fun! We were close to a few good restaurants we tried so overall great location.

Thanksgiving @ The Lake
Lovely house! My family plus a few extended family members had a FANTASTIC time! Great common areas to gather. And plenty of space to spread out. The dock and lake toys were a lot of fun. Beautiful surroundings. It was even pleasant for throwing a complicated meal away from home and the extra fridge was super helpful. Definitely on my list to return to!

We can’t said enough about our stay. The house and property was amazing. Everything that you could think of was available. We spend a lot time on the dock/pier swimming and fishing. The rooms were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean and updated. We couldn’t believe that the week when by so quickly. The owner was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. We can’t wait to come back.

Another incredible stay!
