Staff at check in were great. In the morning TV didn’t work. Said no signal. Tried their advice - no luck. Offered to come to room and try but I wasn’t dressed. Parking lot was not easy due to trucks and also motorcycles parked under entry awning.

When I went to check my party of 7 in 2 suites, it was only showing where there was 1 reserved with 1 guest. After some time and me finally asking the front desk worker if the other room was saved under the name of the adult that I put down that was going to be in the other room.....was we finally able to get it worked out. It took forever. Then there was a massive storm that knocked out the power from 9:30pm until a little after midnight. Then the power went off two more times after that briefly. The rooms got so got and stuffy quickly. The only lights were emergency lights in the hallway and they wasn't enough. There were some noisy scared guests freaking out outside our rooms. We wasn't able to get any sleep that night because of the stuffiness of the rooms and noise made our kiddos uneasy. The hotel itself was beautiful, the extras were nice, but the only flaws are lack of ventilation and the hotel needs more emergency lighting in the hallways.

This property has many good dining opportunities, and is convenient to almost any kind of service that you could need. I’ve stayed here several times and am always pleased With the property.
